Weather pixies!
The UK one is based on what it's like at Cardiff Wales Airport. The Chinese one is from Beijing - for now, when I know where Clara is the pixie will move to her home province.
If you watch the pixies their clothes will change according to the conditions. The background changes to reflect the time of day and the weather where they are!

Go to ebay.co.uk put in Rice paddy-it comes up 0-then put in worldwide and you will see one from the States called Mary.Its quite reasonable.Or just go to ebay.com and put in rice paddy doll.Her name is Mary-sweet
