. . . well it would be - the kitchen window was cut out this morning and the glass was fitted late this afternoon - well one side was fitted, the other side was 10mm too large - so it's currently boarded up.
Progress to date - 7 frames fitted, half of one still waiting to be glazed. They're aiming to do 3 more tomorrow, then there will only be one small frame left to do (oops, 2!) After that there are 2 sets of French windows and 2 barn doors (each over 5 metres in height) - but none of the larger frames are here yet (don't know if they've been made yet!)
Seen the weather forecast - snow by Thursday, just my luck!
At times today it was tricky containing the dogs - away from rooms with builders or repair men and out of the garden as the garage door was open as they measured up - they were quite happy as long as they were with me.
Meanwhile - I've joined the RAC, the car seems sorted (for now - don't want to tempt fate), the dish washer repair man (Mike) came over twice - but the pump didn't fit (turns out I've got a rare model and the pump is a special order - GULLIBLE?)
