Another blogger has documented and photographed the process of the matching room - WHERE THEY PUT BABIES AND PARENTS TOGETHER TO MAKE FAMILIES! You can look at it here, it really is an amazing process when you consider it.
If my referral does come in 2 months or so, then our dossiers (mine and my child's) will go through this process a couple of weeks before I recieve paperwork - in all probability my dossier is probably waiting on the side of the room already - the babies' dossiers are usually matched more promptly (if they had more paper ready children then there would be more referrals?)
