THE BAD NEWS
Late Wednesday night rumours from the States again hint at an October cutoff date (but this time the 30th) - so I would have another month to wait.
THE BETTER NEWS (sort of)
There are a few US agencies reporting that referrals are in the air - so likely to arrive today or tomorrow. It would be good to know (one way or the other) before Easter.
