The latest rumours from the US are that the 26th will be the cutoff - only 3 days (Corrected by my friend, ONLY 2 DAYS, blame the 'nappy brain').
This is the worst scenario yet and could mean no referral this month OR NEXT MONTH.
I think it's looking more likely that we may have definite news tomorrow.
I'm so numb now I don't know how I'm feeling, except that it's not good.

How are you making that 3...the last was the through the 24th. That makes it even worse - 2. This would be the WORST case in over 2 years.
