Someone still has to log into Blogger to view the draft and publish it. Photos don't come through.
Decision - I might as well email the content and photos for someone to upload, emailing Blogger doesn't seem to save any time or effort!

just to let you know, I deduced the Chinese censors were limiting the URL of anything with "blogspot.com" in it. So, you can log into blogger.com (while in China) edit and upload. You just can't view it once you've uploaded it. It took me a while to figure this out. I typically view my own blog, then hit the upper left "B" symbol to get myself into the post editor. Since I couldn't see my own blog (because of the blogspot block) I thought I couldn't get into my editor. Only when I went into my login via blogger could I get in edit AND approve comments.
