. . . so determined to get what she wants . . .
. . . so focused on getting it . . .. . . no matter what the obstacles!
Determined to get the books - so many that we now have a 'book bucket'.
This evening I selected a few (7) to read together. She chose the book from the pile and handed it over. I read, Alice turned the pages (hardly needs prompting!) Then I put them to one side. Tonight one book got in the way, so I moved it to the 'read' pile. After the others had been read, Alice climbed across me, sifted through the pile and found the only book we hadn't read - she knew exactly what she was doing - I'm very impressed! No flies on my Alice!
