. . . when I asked Alice to put her shoes on!!In fairness her shoes tend to live on the kitchen radiator by the garden door - so they can dry out after playing in the water. The fllip-flops are only there as it's out of Fusspot's reach and she thinks that they're tasty!
In the end Alice wore her canvas shoes - the first time that she'd shown a preferance between clothes, in her words 'U-oh!'
