DON'T QUOTE ME - BUT I'LL TRY MOST THINGS ONCE!!

The excema's improving, the spots are healing but scarred, the rash continues to move around rather than away but on the whole my skins is getting better, slowly.

My life is now totally unperfumed - I still mourn Arpege (the perfume I've worn for the last 16 years or so). I no longer use my salon shampoo or conditioner, facial wipes, deodorant - they've all been substitued by prescription items or 'Simple' ones. There's no pot pouri, air fresheners or anything else smelly in the house - except for the girls!

Desperate measures - I've tried Chinese herbal medicine, naturopaths and searched the web for non-perfumed solutions. At the beginning of November I went to the Spirit of Christmas and bought a seaweed extract to bathe in.

For those of a sensitive nature - look away now!

Too late!

Today I finally got around to trying it. An interesting experience to say the least!

This is the bath BEFORE I got in!

Let's just say that you're extremely lucky that the internet doesn't transmit smells. It smelt strongly of the sea, it brought back memories of the back beach at Lyme Regis (covered in seaweed!) I lay there determined to stay there for at least 20 minutes - as per instructions, but unconvinced that I'd be repeating the experience. However 30 minutes post-bath and my skin hasn't been this soft for as long as I can remember, so I probably will be trying it again.

Has anyone got a peg that I can borrow?
