We (the adoption community around the world) have been waiting for this month's referrals for 2 weeks or so - they usually arrive once every 30 days or so.
The news is that referrals are on the way. The front of the queue was 10th August 05 . Matches have been made with all applications Logged In on or before 25th August. So now I'm only just over 2 months from the front of the queue (remember that the queue is not moving as fast as real time - i.e. it will probably take more than 2 months to receive my referral). The 25th August is particularly good news as the 24th was strongly rumoured to be a HUGE application day - according to the Rumour Queen it means that this batch of referrals is about 15% bigger than China have done for several months.
Good news, excellent news - I'm happy and grinning from ear to ear!!
