I had a quiet New Year. Dad, N and G were staying and C came to kitchen supper. The grown ups stayed up to see in the New Year with champagne and 2 toasts - the first to 2007 and the second to Clara.You maybe wondering about the bear. This is Sherwood, a gift from my father to Clara. He wasn't wrapped up - but I think that that's right as Clara isn't here yet to unwrap him. He was chosen as he's small enough to take to China and small enough for little hands, a good choice. Let's hope he doesn't have to wait to long to have his rightful owner.

I was given a teddy bear from my niece in Australia (I am an Australian living in the US) and in turn I am giving it to Shauna when we finally get her. Nice to see your LID was on my birthday last year. Look forward to reading more...Felicity
