It's the 1st of May.
Today's the day that the new rules come into force and so many people become ineligible to apply to adopt, including me. Ironic timing.
(Note - it won't affect this adoption but means I can't go back for the second baby as I'd planned.)

Kate,Its sad you won't be able to have a sibling for your daughter.Maybe you can think of another country to adopt from in the future?
