I'm trying to get Alice to drink from something other than a bottle. We have every sippy cup that's on the market, we've tried each one repeatedly, a simple Tommy Tippy with a closeable spout is proving to be the preferred choice - not that even that one is popular! The difficult part of this battle is the control verses Alice getting sufficient fluids.
However yesterday Alice showed interest in my glass of flavoured water (my favourite - Lemon and Lime), so I put some in a melamine 'cup' and offered it to her, she tried it, grimaced at the taste and then looked for more!! While shopping today I looked for a transparent version (to see the water level), but only managed to find another TT cup - this time with a see-through, double handled cup. Tonight, more water from an open plastic 'glass'!
