Try potty training rewards. It worked great for our son. He loved pushing the audio push button hearing he is a Big Boy and opening a door to find a chocolate surprise. He really became involved. He was peeing and pooping in his potty within a week. Have a look and see if this would work for you. www.pottytrainingrewards.com

oh yeah, forgot about the "honour" of pulling off the toilet paper off the roll by herself, the honour of wiping herself, by herself, and the "honour" of flushing it all down, all by herself. THESE are the things that excite a two year old!! heheheh
Also, borrow the video (from the library) Once Upon A Potty (for her). Brill watched it 10 times one day, and she still says "bye bye pee pee. Bye bye Poop" just like in the video (as she's flushing!).
Don't stress over it either. Hard to do, but a must.

As you know, our 'A' only showed serious interest in potty training this past August when she turned 3! I wasn't in any hurry and didn't really need her trained as her nursery takes them with or without, so I just followed her lead.
I agree with Snick's comment above about the story 'Once Upon a Potty'. I have the book, shall I bring it next weekend? I'll try to remember that. It was our 'A's favourite and seemed to have had a real positive impression on her.
The only thing that I will say only because I've been through this with our 'A', is that Alice will likely go through phases. She may be really keen on PT for a while, then she might regress a bit and have accidents for a while. Sometimes it's due to a change n their world, and other times there's no real explanation. It's all part of the process I think. So don't dismay if that happens just when you think she's made progress. She'll continue to go forward with PT but she may just get lazy or just less interested.
Our 'A' now only has accidents when she's really consumed by something and just doesn't want to take the time to wee. (And I have to admit that I'm guilty of the same thing ... sometimes waiting too long! LOL)
But it's been about 4 months and she's doing all her stuff in the potty or toilet now. I had to laugh he other day because after she did a poo in the potty, she called me in and stood up, bent over and instructed me to 'wipe'! You've got to love nursery ... and the things they teach our kids!
