. . . there's snow on the mountains and it's very chilly outside. It's also very chilly inside - the doors have been open most of the day while Keith decorates.
The dogs have been coralled in the kitchen, sitting room and study - but Fusspot manaaged one break for freedom - they were out in the garden, got into the dining room, Daisy let them into the hall and then they strolled out into the yard, the 'big ones' were happy pootling, but Fuss was off - straight down the road, let's just say I've had my daily exercise and fright for the day all in one!
Hoping for a better night's sleep - curtains have been rehung and my bedroom should be dark again tonight.
